At Flekti (operated by Beyolite LLC), we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and easy to follow.

1. How to Cancel Your Order

  • Within 1 Hour of Purchase
    You may cancel your order instantly by replying to your order confirmation email with the subject line “Cancel Order” and your order number.

  • After 1 Hour
    If more than one hour has passed since you placed your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a cancellation once the order enters fulfillment, we will do our best to intercept it before it ships.

2. Accidental Cancellations

If you cancel by mistake and wish to reinstate your order, simply place a new order on our website. If you need assistance or a manual override, contact our support team.

3. Cancellation Confirmation

Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not see it in your inbox (or spam folder), please reach out to us to verify your cancellation status.

4. Orders with Gift Cards

For any order that includes gift cards, please contact support directly to request a cancellation. Additional identity verification may be required to protect your account.
